Now with a new and improved recipe using our signature mix of pea, rice and soya protein, our mince is packed full of taste and texture.
Water, pea protein (19%), soya protein concentrate (19%), rapeseed oil, soya protein isolate (5%), pea protein (4.5%), chicory root fibre, Thickener: methyl cellulose, natural flavourings, vegetable extracts (beetroot, radish, tomato), caramelized carrot concentrate, carrot fibre, rice protein, yeast extracts, carrot concentrate, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Acidity regulator: ascorbic acid, salt, vitamins and minerals (niacin, zinc, iron, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin b1, vitamin B12)
For best results use mince directly from the refrigerator.
Remove all packaging. Heat a non stick pan on a medium high heat, add some oil, gently flake the mince into the pan and don’t touch for one minute.
Continue cooking for 7-9 minutes stirring often. Add more oil if desired.
Finish preparing your favourite dish as required, serve and enjoy!
For use by, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze).
The plastic tray is made using a minimum 50% recycled material. The cardboard sleeve is FSC-certified.
