Seasoned with cumin and cracked black pepper. These falafels are new to our family and are made with quinoa, cilantro and chickpeas. Have them on a burger or make a gourmet bunless version. Why not try them crumbled over a salad or in a pita. They are a source of protein and high in fibre and iron.
