Shipping Policy

We deliver all across UAE.

We offer next working day door delivery in Dubai & Sharjah, within the next 48 hours door delivery in all other Emirates, on orders placed before our order processing cut off time of 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be considered for delivery on the subsequent working day only, since we seek to deliver farm fresh products to our customers, picked up the same day from the local farms.

~ FREE FOR AED 150 & ABOVE

All other Emirates

~ AED 30 FOR PURCHASE OF AED 249 OR BELOW
~ FREE FOR AED 250 & ABOVE

Once you place an order, you will receive a call for confirmation from our Customer Service team to finalize order, delivery time and mode of payment.

If you enter an incorrect delivery address/contact number, and consequently a parcel is returned to us or is undelivered, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

In case of non availability of the customer at the scheduled time of delivery, we will try to contact the customer through call and whatsapp and further non availability will lead to automatic rescheduling of the delivery by the Delivery team as per the day's schedule.

Delivery Schedules


Our standard delivery timings are :

9am to 8pm Saturday to Thursday. You can choose desired time slots at check out.
No deliveries on Friday

All orders received before 2pm will be delivered next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, will be scheduled for subsequent working day.
We do not deliver on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday/Sunday.
During promotions & offers, due to large volume of orders, delivery may take upto 48 hours.
Our customer service will get in touch with you to coordinate once we receive your order.

Cancellation/Returns/Refunds

Although we do not encourage Cancellation of confirmed orders, under valid circumstances, the customer can request for a cancellation but is subject to approval but will be liable for a cancellation fee in order to compensate for the losses.

In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.

We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case. Important NOTE : Any claim for Returns need to be registered latest within 12 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 12 hours will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies.

We accept requests for Refunds subject to approval only if there has been an error on the part of the company in terms of product such as defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. Important NOTE : Any claim for Refunds need to be registered latest within 12 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 12 hours will not be valid as per our Company Food Safety Policies.
